About Us
No child should be denied education because of poverty or geography

Lighting the Path of Learning in Rural India
Josh School of Excellence is a humble effort to bring quality, English medium education to one of the most remote tribal villages of Maharashtra. Run by The Josh Foundation, a registered non-profit organization, the school provides education from Nursery to 5th Standard without charging any admission fees.
Our focus is on tribal, backward, and underprivileged children, who otherwise have no access to good schools. We believe in education with values, care, and opportunities.
Founder & Head of School
Josh School of Excellence was born from that dream. We wanted to create a school where tribal children could study in English medium, learn with dignity, and grow with confidence — without having to leave their village or give up on their childhood.

I am deeply thankful to our teachers, donors, volunteers, and villagers who support us every day. But there is still a long way to go. We invite you to walk with us, support us, and become a part of this journey

What parent say

Before Josh School came to our village, we had no option but to send our children far away for proper education. Now, my child is learning English, speaking confidently, and loves going to school every day. We are truly grateful to the school and the teachers for caring like a family
