Why Us

The best learning experience

In the remote tribal belt of Gadchiroli, Josh School of Excellence stands as a light of hope and opportunity. Here’s why parents, donors, and volunteers trust us:

1️⃣ Education with a Purpose

We are not just teaching subjects—we are shaping futures. Our focus is on giving tribal and underprivileged children the power of English medium education, right in their village, without making them leave home at a young age.

2️⃣ Non-Profit, Child-First Approach

Run by The Josh Foundation, we are a 100% non-profit school. We do not charge admission fees. Books, uniforms, and learning materials are provided through donations. Every decision is made with the child’s best interest at heart—not for profit.

3️⃣ Safe, Loving, and Local

Our school is built in the heart of the village—accessible, inclusive, and secure. With trained local teachers, separate toilets, clean classrooms, and nutritious snacks, we ensure a safe and happy environment for every child.

4️⃣ Building Roots & Wings

We teach our children to be proud of their culture while giving them the tools—like English, computers, and creative thinking—to dream big and succeed anywhere. We build roots, and we give them wings..
